Absolutely perfect ! Ordered this for an Ariel costume I will be wearing and the fit is just right! Loose enough to walk easily but still has the fitted mermaid tail look. I included measurements in the purchase notes and it fits perfectly! It’s even prettier in person than in pictures - can’t wait to wear it!
